Our portal is a convenient way to communicate in a secure and confidential manner with PsychCare and is available for current clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We think you’ll find that communicating via the portal brings a new level of efficiency to your care at PsychCare. Use the “Client Login” below to access your therapist’s direct portal (located at the bottom of each provider’s professional biography, labeled » Client Portal (Current Clients Only).

 

CLIENT LOGIN

Once logged on you will be able to:

– Exchange messages securely with your therapist.
– Manage your account and pay your bill on-line. View real-time account ledgers and monthly e-Statements.
– Update your profile and contact information.

 

Log in Instructions

1. Click on your therapist’s “Client Portal”(Current Clients Only) link for direct access to their portal.
2. Enter the username and initial password our Care Coordinator provided.
3. Click “Log in to Access Your Account“.
